Welcome back to the final day in the My Favorite Things Headless Stamp giveaway! Remember to go back and look at Wednesday and Thursday's blog posts. Leave a comment on today's post by midnight on Saturday and you could win your very own My Favorite Things stamp (donated to Operation Write Home) and find out how much fun these Headless Stamps really are. (For the back story on the Headless Stamps, read all of Wednesday's post HERE.)
To be eligible to win, in your comment you must tell me:
(1) which card is your favorite and
(2) why
I used the My Favorite Things Who's That Garden Girl image along with a different sentiment from the Can Ya Dig It? set. This time I used Operation Write Home Stars & Stamps Sketch #90.
Be sure to come back on Monday when I will announce the winner (and tell you which card is my favorite)!
Supplies:
image and sentiment stamps - My Favorite Things
ink - SU! Island Indigo, Memento black
paper - SU! Twitterpated DSP, Riding Hood Red and Island Indigo card stock
I pick #2. The background makes me think of the side of the house with three windows and she is working in her flowerbed that she can see outside those windows.
ReplyDeleteI like #1 the best. kinda seems like you are looking out a window at the person doing the gardening.....so the headlessness is less obvious. thanks for showing these stamps in action. I looked at a couple sets on the MFT site. some I could totally see using.....others I am still weirded out by the lack of heads! lol!
ReplyDeleteyou crack me up with your comments about the headless stamps! I happen to like them! :)
ReplyDeleteas for your cards, they are all cute, but I think I like Thursday's best with the 3 little inchies behind the main image. I like the way those set off the woman gardening.
have a Happy Easter! :)
The headless stamps are a first for me. But they would be right up my alley since I need practice with coloring skin. Guess I wouldn't get much practice if I used those stamps. My favorite is card #3. Love the flower designer paper and the colors you used match so well. Really like the sentiment too! Have a super week!
ReplyDeleteHeadless. You've done fabulous with them! :) Really. I must give mine a try soon.
