It's NOON Central time and that means it's time to announce the winner of my blog candy for the Year in Review post. Interestingly enough, there were 173 pageviews, 42 comments - 10 people who left their email address in the comment but only 5 who followed all the requests to be eligible for the $10 gift certificate from Doodle Pantry by also becoming a follower!
