Hambo Hoedown - Snail Rake

This week in the Hambo Hoedown progressive challenge, we received this adorable little snail who is busy at work raking up the leaves (Snail Rake digi).  The challenge this week was to use a technique from Splitcoast Stampers along with the image to make our card.  I love Splitcoast Stampers and get sucked in to hours of browsing through techniques and card galleries whenever I visit!  I had printed out the Big Buckle Card tutorial by Beate Johns a long, long time ago so I pulled it out for this week's Hambo Challenge.  Thanks, Hambo, for pushing me to do something I've been meaning to for a while.
Card Supplies:
Cardstock - Stampin' Up Tangerine Tango and blue from my stash
Patterned Paper - Doodle Pantry
Tools: Nestabilities circle die cut, We R Memory Keepers corner chomper (end of belt that is not seen is rounded)
Copics: E00, E33, E35, E37, YG17

  2. Awesome! I think I'll try to do something with it that's not a card this week. But I best be getting on it as I only have a little over 2 hours til challenge deadline! Yikes!!
