Hambo Hoedown Challenge #7

The Hambo Hoedown Challenge this week was to use the elephant image AND some sparkle.  So, I broke out the Stickles to add some shine to sweet Ellie's birthday hat.  There's a bit of sparkle in the patterned paper itself as well.
